LD6615x2Highly Integration PD Interface Controller
The LD6615F2/A2/C2/D2/E2 is a USB Power Delivery (USB PD) Type-C controller on the secondary side, which is designed for USB Type-C power delivery applications such as power adapters, wall chargers, car chargers, power banks, etc.
An 8 bits MCU is embedded to handle PD protocol, policy engine, and device policy manager with built-in Bi-phase Mark Coding (BMC) for USB PD communication.
The LD6615F2/A2/C2/D2/E2 has enhanced electrical characteristics. The 11 bits ADC can provide higher precision protection. The integrated analog cable compensation provides more linear compensation characteristics.
For minimizing external components, the LD6615F2/A2/C2/D2/E2 also integrates cap-free LDO and optimized BMC PD communications system, which simplifies the peripheral interface circuit and cable to operate at single power supply from 3.3 to 24V. And provide a variety of packages for different applications: SOP-8, SOP-10, QFN-16
