LD8529Synchronous Rectification Driver
LD8529 is a secondary side synchronous rectification (SR) driver IC. It is suited for asymmetrical half bridge & zero voltage switching flyback low side and high side synchronous rectification in CCM, DCM & QR mode. For forward freewheeling rectification application, LD8529 can be applied in CCM and DCM operation.
This IC introduces automatic identification of quasi-resonance mechanism to avoid incorrect operation of synchronous rectification.
LD8529 can generate its own supply voltage through high side rectification applications to charge battery.

- Suited for Asymmetrical Half Bridge flyback (AHB), Zero Voltage Switching flyback & Active Clamp flyback
- Suited for low side and high side flyback synchronous rectification in CCM, DCM and QR(valley lock) mode
- Automatic identification of quasi-resonance mechanism prevents QR and ZVS pulse from triggering falsely in AHB flyback
- Self-supplying for operation with low output voltage and/or high–side rectification without an auxiliary winding
- Suited for PD application, which output voltage range from 3V to 48V, and VCC maximum rating is 14V
- Programmable turn-off level
- Fast turn-off total delay of 30ns
- Gate source/sink capability: 1A/-3A
