LD969JL1High Voltage Multi-Mode PWM Controller of Flyback with GaN Integrated
The LD969JL1 is a green mode PWM IC built-in with brown-in/ out functions in a LSOP-9-EP package. It minimizes the component counts, circuit space, and reduces the overall material cost for the power applications.
The LD969JL1 features HV start, green-mode power-saving operation, soft-start functions to minimize the power loss and enhance the system performance, peak load mode for heavy load condition. With complete protection in it, as OPP (Over Power Protection), Over Current Protection (OCP), OVP (Over Voltage Protection), brown-in/out protection and internal Over Temperature Protection (OTP), LD969JL1 prevents the circuit from being damaged under abnormal conditions.
Furthermore, the LD969JL1 features frequency swapping and soft driving function to minimize the noise and improve EMI.
