LD961AHigh Voltage PWM Driver with BNO/BNI and X-Cap. Discharge Function
The LD961A is a PWM Driver with built-in brown-in/out and X-Cap discharger functions in a SPAK-6L package which can minimize the component counts, circuit space, and reduce the overall material cost of open frame power applications.
The LD961A provides HV start, X-Cap. discharge, internal slope compensation and soft-start functions which can minimum the power loss and improve the system performance.
With the complete protection modes, like OLP (Over Load Protection), OVP (Over Voltage Protection), fast SCP(short circuit protection) and brown-in/out protection, this chip prevents the circuit from being damaged in abnormal conditions.
