LD8925F2Synchronous Rectification Driver
LD8925F2 is a secondary side synchronous rectification (SR) driver IC. It is suited for CCM, DCM and QR mode.
When PSR works in sleep mode, LD8925F2 can wake up it in time. Furthermore, it responds quickly to the dynamic load.
To reduce assembly process, layout area, and production cost, SR MOSFET and LD8925F2 control core are packaged in SOP-8.

- No load output over voltage discharge 3mA.
