General Description

The LD6969 is a micropower linear regulator, featuring ultra low quiescent current. The precision of feedback reference voltage is within ± 2% and output current is up to 100mA. As well, t he LD6969 can be stable with an output capacitor of 1 m F which reduces the board space and cost. It is suitable for the battery-powered portable equipment , especially for those that require standby power.
