General Description
The LD7202 is a compact, high efficiency charge pump white LED driver, offering ideal solutions for 2 white LEDs. The LED current is adjustable by using an external resistor on ISET pin. The 1MHz fixed frequency switching allows the use of tiny external components, and the regulation scheme is optimized to ensure low EMI and low input ripple. The LD7202 employs single wire EN control to enable, disable, and set the LED PWM dimming frequency at the range of 5kHz to 30kHz.
The LD7202 also features thermal shutdown, current limit protection, and soft-start function to minimize the inrush current during power-on state.
The LD7202 is available in a space saving WDFN-8L 2×2 packages.
