General Description
The LD7293 is a VFM Step-Up DC/DC IC with ultra low supply current for use with battery-powered instruments.
The VOUT of LD7293 is fixed at 4.0V, providing a simple and flexible solution for driving WLED from single or 2 battery cells. Furthermore, it needs only 4 external passive components and saves board size and cost.
The LD7293 also provides an EXT pin for an external transistor application, where large output currents are required.
The LD7293 is available in a space-saving SOT-25 package.
